Abraham is known as the father of faith. A man who always said, “Yes” to God when his emotions were screaming, “No!”
One man with a dream sacrificed everything for a special call and Bishop Edir Macedo has followed in Abraham’s footsteps leaving behind a secure job, a certain future, the possible jeopardy of his wife and marriage, faced negative and received painful feedback and the list continues…
This man received a call from God to save others and to share the Lord Jesus through His Word, prayer and miracles! On Monday, 9th July, the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God (UCKG) will celebrate 35 years of extending a helping hand and a heart to save to millions of people worldwide.
Look at what faith can do? It’s powerful when combined with sacrifice: Cenacle’s have opened, millions have been delivered, healed, rescued, transformed and saved through the amazing work of the Holy Spirit that started with just one man, a star of Abraham.
This Sunday, UCKGs all over the world will acknowledge this day and be in faith that in the same way that God has brought about such immense growth to the UCKG throughout these years, the same growth will be seen in the individual lives of those who also believe in the greatness of God.
UCKG celebrates 35 years: it’s all about you!
