More than 4000 people recently attended the Great Afternoon of Miracles conducted by Bishop Djalma Bezerra. The meeting began with two questions:

“Do you believe that God has the power to transform your life? Do you believe that He wants to transform it?”

“Many fail to see the manifestation of God’s power, because even though He has the power and wants to transform their lives, they must believe,” he continued and quoted the following verse from the bible:

“⁸And in Lystra a certain man without strength in his feet was sitting, a cripple from his mother’s womb, who had never walked. ⁹This man heard Paul speaking. Paul, observing him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed, ¹⁰said with a loud voice, ‘Stand up straight on your feet!’ And he leaped and walked.” (Acts 14: 8-10)

He explained that what caused the miracle in that man’s life was the faith he showed in believing Apostle Paul’s words. Based on this, the bishop performed a prayer for healing and many people were healed, showing those present that all things are possible if they believe.

Bishop Djalma Bezerra ended the conference by praying for those who wanted to give their lives to God.
