God altered her mentality

Eunice grew up with the mentality that she had been born to suffer. She tried everything she could but nothing seemed to work out for her. She was unemployed and moved with her two children from one place to another because she couldn’t pay rent.

She told Universal News that sometimes they would eat popcorn as the meal of the day. “I never had a proper place to stay with my two children. I had no peace, I was depressed and I had sleepless nights,” said Eunice. When she was invited to the Church, she came because she had had enough of her problems. “I decided to come and give God a chance so that He could transform my life. In the Church I learned how to use my faith and to fight for my life to change,” said Eunice. She took part in the chains of prayer on Mondays for God to bless her finances and on Fridays for her deliverance. As she continued attending, she was freed of her depression and sleepless nights. When the Campaign of Israel was introduced she took part. She committed herself so that God could change her situation. She asked for blessings on her life and gradually changes happened.

“I started to have peace and the assurance of God’s power within me. I found a job in the Department of Foreign Affairs. However, I did not stop taking part in the movements of faith,”said Eunice. Later she was promoted and is now in the South African embassy. “I was also given a beautiful embassy mansion to stay in and a car to use at no cost to me. God changed how I thought. Now I know that I was born to conquer and not to suffer. I thank God for what He has done in my life,” said Eunice.
