Unfit, unworthy, a failure and a loser

After a few attempts to resolve a situation to no avail, one can be persuaded to believe that one is unfit, unworthy, a failure and a loser.

Once that conclusion is reached, a complete shutdown will take place. There is no more need to try, to fight, to persevere, to keep looking for a solution ... after all, when you think you will fail anyway-why bother?

The mindset turns to conformism, surrenders to pessimism and the total desire to give up. One thinks something along the lines of, "I am done!"

What comes next can turn ugly and dark. Prostitution, addiction, crime, suicide ... who knows what else will follow? I do not have the answers to all the questions and a solution to all problems, but God does! Nevertheless, He will not act in your life unless you let Him in.

To allow God to act means to work in partnership with Him. He has the solution and needs you to listen to His words … as for the rest of it, do not worry, He will guide you. Read this:

John 9:6-7 When He had said these things, He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay. And He said to him, "Go, wash in the pool of Siloam" (which is translated, Sent). So he went and washed, and came back seeing."

Do you see it now? The man was blind and yet the solution was right inside him, his faith! Yes, his faith! When Jesus told him to go and wash his eyes, he went. Do likewise. You have the problem, He has the solution. Do not stay there living the way you are living, crying, feeling sad and hopeless. If you take a decision now to listen to Him, He will guide you! Do you know what? Go to a quiet place now and pray like this: "God, creator of heaven and earth, I am here before You asking for a chance to change my life. Please tell me what should I do to change my life?"

After that, remain in silence for at least one minute. Join the spiritual treatment in one of our UCKG branches. There you will find out every step along the way to achieve a new life.

God bless you.
